It is with great pleasure and an exhilarating sigh of relief I announce to you that as of March 22nd, 2016,the Embry-Riddle Chapter of Delta Chi has become the first fraternity to secure land from Embry-Riddle to build the first ever fraternity house on campus! The 99-year land lease clock has started and will cost us a cool $1 per year.
Thank you to the members of the Building Corporation and EVERYONE who has been involved in making this dream come true. Thank you to those men who have already pledged their support to the First to Build capital campaign. Your early support and faith have brought us to brink of success and have set us up for a major push towards the finish line in the coming months. It with a great sense of pride, joy and humility to announce with 100% certainty that the first fraternity house built on campus at Embry-Riddle will belong to Delta Chi!
Clearly this is a major milestone in our chapter’s history, however, there is still a great deal of work to be done. The
First to Build campaign will give us the financial resources to capitalize on this opportunity we have waited so long to enjoy. We’ve come a long way to make this happen and couldn’t have done it without the efforts and support of so many brothers.
Please take time to review our campaign brochure and the information located under the Capital Campaign tab. This project belongs to the entire Delta Chi brotherhood and we want you to be a part of it! Please contact me, or any member of the Building Corporation and First to Build Campaign Committee to get involved today!
