Frequently Asked Questions

These are some frequently asked questions that have been asked of us and our brothers throughout the Fraternity

Rush what is it and how does it effect my son?

Rush is the formal recruitment which occurs both in the Fall and Spring semester. During rush we invite young men to meet us and let them see what Delta Chi is all about. This allows them the ability to see if Delta Chi is right for them.

I have heard that many fraternities haze and make people do stupid things?

This is a common question that parents have asked. We at Delta Chi believe that hazing is hazing, and it does not have any benefit to those joining fraternities. Delta Chi was also the first fraternities to abolish "Hell Week" back in 1929.

What are the benefits of my son joining Delta Chi?

We believe that a fraternity help young men assimilate to collage life in a positive way. The brotherhood that is provided to the individuals joining or who are a part of Greek Life on our campus creates a bond that will last a life time.

What is Expected out of my son?

We have 10 basic expectations that all member of Delta Chi believe in they are.
